Hit and miss, some do have Ellalink transit but I could not find a server in Brazil yet

Plus you need either a server in Moscow or Europe that has RETN.
The best option would be, buying another Misaka, since the links are optimized.
==== TRANSKZ on a Budget ====
You need an entrypoint, Moscow (Firstbyte) or Yekaterinburg (Edgecenter or RUVDS).
Additionally you need a cheap Hong Kong server which has RETN connectivity.
Sadly the last provider which I knew, charged about 2.80€/m deadpooled.
==== Japan on a Budget ====
Basically we chain a bunch of nodes until we reach Japan.

Plus you need at least one Japan (for example xTom) server that has decent connectivity to Khabarovsk.
Additionally you may want to add some nodes in-between for redundancy.
